Website designs should be creative and with e-business in mind. But the users should be considered throughout the entire website design process. Write down the overall goals and use the information to make strategic recommendations.
(1) Design:
Design plays a competitive advantage but simplicity is just as important. A bad design can confuse and drive that customer away.
(2) Logo:
A good, eye-catching business logo design will attract more and more customers. With your logo you can also have business cards, flyers and letterheads. Find a good quality, low cost logo designer.
(3) Color:
Use color sparingly. Color can distract. Choose two or three colors and stick with them.
4) Speed:
Slow design can steer customers towards your competition. Reduce the size of your graphics as much as possible without loosing quality.
Web design plays a key part in your online identity. Your website will be your online business face. Remember the KISS method.

There are hundreds of web hosts advertising cheap web hosting prices. It’s not always best to choose the cheapest web host as many cheap hosts are not qualified to offer reliable services.
Thanks for the comment. You are right. Always check the bottom line. Some providers advertise unlimited bandwidth but buried deep inside their TOS they place a limit on the amount of file downloads. That makes unlimited bandwidth meaningless.
On the other hand if you don’t have a site that is getting millions of hits a day why spend money on a provider that charges for services you will never need. And there is little reason to assume that because a provider charges a hefty fee that they are any better than a cheaper one. Competition always lowers prices.
One of the reasons I started this site was to get feedback on hosting providers from people who have used them. I really like hosting24.com and I have some very large sites with moderately heavy traffic. Hosting24 has not failed to provide me with great service. Hostgator is another low cost web provider that I will begin to use for their reseller package. If you plan to flip any websites in the future a reseller package is a must.
