Low Cost Outsourcing

Low Cost Outsourcing

Outsourcing is really nothing more than a tool used to make you’re time more productive. Instead of wasting your time and energy doing simple routine jobs outsource them. Outsourcing is cheaper than having someone do it in-house and helps limit the drain on your resources.

There are several places to outsource. Elance, Rentacoder (now called vworker), Warrior Forum (Warrior Products & Services ) and oDesk. There are also several new sites online offering their services at a very low rate. Sites like Fiverr, Online Biz Library and ClickFive Internet Marketing Services. I have used several of these services and I will list my experience using them.

1. Elance – I have had several software (php) programs written here. I have always had good luck using them. They can be a little more expensive than some of the others but the quality of the work seems to be better.

2. Renatacoder – I have used rentacoder once. I don’t know if I would outsource with them again. It wasn’t that the quality of work was less but most are not native english speaking and this did present a problem in the understanding of what I wanted. But the work was priced less, but only slightly.

3. Warrior Forum – The warrior forum is a great place to outsource. I think the price is comparable to the rest but the quality seems much higher. You should always look at the feedback.

4. oDesk – I have never tried oDesk. I have heard some good feedback when you’re looking for a VA.

5. Fiverr – I have outsourced to fiverr for some link building. The first purchase sat with no response for about 2 weeks. I pulled the offer and the money was put back into my account. I then tried a second offer and it was completed with 2 days. I can honestly say I was pleased with fiverr. At $5 with no real risk I think I can afford to shop for the good offers.

6. Online Biz Library – I have just heard of this service and don’t know much about them.

7. ClickFive – I have just began to work with ClickFive on some youtube video views. I will have to post an update in 3 months.

  • Hi, this is Nicole from vWorker.com (formerly known as Rentacoder.com).

I’m sorry to hear you had trouble reaching workers of your native language. Just so you know, you can search for specific workers through http://bit.ly/9Itlug. This search engine allows you to query workers by country so that you can select and work with coders of your preferred language. Searching by county may also help you locate an economy that accomodates your budget.

Everyone is invited to compare the 7 major services through this link to learn more: http://bit.ly/dpplPQ. If you have any questions, please let me know. You can also call in to talk to a facilitator 7 days a week, or email us.

    Nicole,
Thanks for the heads up on the search engine.

  • You’re quite welcome, Scott.

  • Can you be more specific about the Warrior Forum? I think that’s a promising way of outsorting, IMHO.
